PRIVATE SESSIONS
Whether you are new to yoga and want a basic introduction or a long-time practitioner who wants to develop a specific part of your practice, a private lesson can be a great way to accomplish your goals. Private sessions can be tailored to the individual’s unique situation, health concerns, if any and needs. Private sessions can incorporate hatha/vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, thai yoga massage, breath work and reiki.
